Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for size issues and can be done once per product.
- Please request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
- If the requested size is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.
- To be eligible, returned products must meet these conditions:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- If the product fails the quality check, it will be returned to you, and additional pickup and delivery charges will apply.
- If the product passes the quality check, the exchanged item will be shipped within 3 to 10 working days.
- To request an exchange, please email us at support@looop.co.in with your order number, name, and the new size you would like.
Defective or Damaged Products
- Please email us within 2 days of delivery at support@looop.co.in with your order number, name, and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will verify if the issue occurred before delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
- If eligible, we will replace the product within 3 to 10 working days.
- If the item is out of stock, you can choose another product of equal or higher value.
- If the product does not pass the quality check, it will be returned to you, and additional pickup and delivery charges will apply.
- We’ll keep you updated via email throughout the process.
Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective and cannot be replaced.
