- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Free delivery is available across Pan India.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods.
- Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email.
- Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to begin updating.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@looop.co.in.
- Once an order is marked as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and secure.
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
- We will notify you before re-dispatching the returned order.
- All products are securely packed in branded packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be dispatched only after confirmation from the customer via call or email.
