  • Free delivery is available across Pan India.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods.
  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email.
  • Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to begin updating.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@looop.co.in.
  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and secure.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • We will notify you before re-dispatching the returned order.
  • All products are securely packed in branded packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
