Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, for any changes before dispatch, please contact us at support@looop.co.in.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few hours for the tracking to update.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free delivery across Pan India.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once a package is marked as ā€œDeliveredā€, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of order.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges only for size-related issues, and only once per product. You must request an exchange within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@looop.co.in.

What are the conditions for exchange eligibility?

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and unwashed

All tags must be intact

It must be returned in the original packaging

If the product fails the quality check, it will be returned to you, and additional shipping charges will apply.

What if the size I want in exchange is out of stock?

If your requested size is out of stock, we will not be able to process the exchange.

Do you accept returns?

No, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective and cannot be replaced.

What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Clear photos of the issue

We will verify the issue and, if eligible, replace the item within 3 to 10 working days. If out of stock, you may choose another item of equal or higher value.

What happens if my defective item fails the quality check?

If the returned item fails our quality check, it will be sent back to you. In that case, pickup and delivery charges will apply

Please follow the care instructions provided with each item. Any damage caused by improper care will not qualify for exchange or replacement.
