By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
For any changes to your order, please contact us atsupport@looop.co.inbefore dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be confirmed by call or email before dispatch.
2. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery across India takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered.”
Incorrect or incomplete addresses causing failed delivery will result in additional re-shipping charges.
3. Exchange & Returns
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues and must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
Only one exchange per product is allowed.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
If the requested size is out of stock, exchange cannot be processed.
If the product passes the quality check, the exchanged item will be shipped within 3–10 working days.
If the product fails the quality check, it will be returned to you, and pickup + delivery charges will apply.
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective and cannot be replaced.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
Please email us within 2 days of delivery atsupport@looop.co.inwith your order number, name, and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will verify if the issue occurred before delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
If eligible, a replacement will be shipped within 3 to 10 working days.
If the product is out of stock, you can choose another item of equal or higher value.
If the product does not pass the quality check, it will be returned to you, and additional pickup and delivery charges will apply.
We will keep you updated via email throughout the process.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are not available unless the product is defective and cannot be replaced.
6. Product Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with each product.
Damage caused by improper care will not qualify for exchange or replacement.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or change any part of this policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website means you accept any updates or changes made.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Looop.
Any unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
